We are your partner even after the molding phase. Our technicians are responsible for the assembly, pad printing and painting of semi-finished products with attention to detail according to the specifications required by the customer.
Assembly
From the inspection of individual parts, to the finishing and preparation of surfaces, our injection molding department is able to perform different types of complementary machining for assembly. Thanks to the support of ultrasonic and vibration welding machines we are able to carry out various types of heat sealing and perform both manual and automated assembly procedures.
Pad printing
MPT has 2 pad printing machines that allow you to print on uneven or curved surface with flexibility and precision. The graphic customization procedures of the pieces are carried out in a department specifically dedicate to semi-finished products.
Painting
Based on the requirement and specifications requested by the customer, we perform the painting of finished products, ensuring high quality aesthetic results, usury resistance and durability thanks to a combination of advanced technologies and specialized expertise.
